The Flow Fest’s Winter Wellness gathering is announced for November 12 to 14 at Fortis Platinum Lounge in Jolshiri, Dhaka. Its official page places yoga, breathwork and meditation beside art, music, food and activities for children.

Several ways to enter the gathering

A November 5 announcement carried by The Daily Star describes the move beyond Gulshan and founder Shazia Omar’s wish to reach a wider community. The organizer’s own page confirms the venue and dates, and lists a shuttle from Flow Studio in Gulshan.

The program invites visitors to move between practice, creative workshops and conversations about wellbeing. That makes the planned gathering broader than a sequence of yoga classes, without establishing that everyone will experience it in the same way.

These are plans for a future festival, not observations from a visit or evidence of health outcomes. Readers considering a particular activity should follow the organizer’s program updates and registration information. The interesting community question is how different points of entry can make a gathering legible to people who do not arrive primarily for yoga.
