Privacy
A practical privacy policy for a team-program buying journey.
This page is written to match the current implementation and reporting posture. It should still be reviewed before a final production launch.
What this site collects
Yoga Plus collects the information you intentionally submit through the contact form, including your name, email address, phone number, company, subject, and message.
Basic technical data such as browser details, device data, IP-derived metadata, and page usage may also be collected through hosting, analytics, and spam-prevention services.
Why the information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, understand demand for Yoga Plus offerings, improve the website, and protect the site against spam or abuse.
Yoga Plus does not use contact submissions to quietly add people to unrelated mailing lists.
How reporting stays simple
For team programs, Yoga Plus is designed around lightweight participation reporting and qualitative feedback rather than invasive employee surveillance.
If reporting expectations change, the privacy policy should be updated before those changes go live.
Third-party services and retention
The site may rely on providers such as Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention, and Resend for sending inquiry emails. Those providers process only the data needed to perform their role.
Yoga Plus retains inquiry data only as long as needed for business follow-up, operational review, and legal obligations. Questions about privacy should be sent to hello@yogaplus.ai.
Next step
Privacy posture should reinforce buyer trust, not create uncertainty.
If the privacy posture matches what your team needs, the next step is to scope a pilot with the same lightweight reporting model.
Privacy-aware follow-up. No surprise mailing-list enrollment.
